* Whether the machine is clean, free from oil, and free from severe corrosion;
* Whether the spare parts and accessories are complete;
*Whether the metal structure is deformed, there is no workpiece desoldering.
2. Stirring system
* The hybrid cylinder shovel and liner have no serious wear and deformation;
* Stirring shaft has good sealing performance and no slurry.
3. Batching system
*Whether the specification and sound level of the steel wire rope meet the regulations;
* The hopper ascending method has no serious wear;
*Whether the action of the upper and lower travel switches of the hopper is sensitive and reliable;
* Whether the components of the water supply system are complete;
*Whether the additive system components are complete;
*Whether the metering device is complete and the measurement accuracy is up to standard.
4. Transmission system
*Whether the transmission equipment works smoothly without abnormal noise;
* Whether the reducer seals are in good condition and free from leakage.
5. Gas system
*Whether the working pressure and air supply of the air compressor meet the standard and work normally;
*Whether the solenoid valve is reliable and leak-free
*Whether the pump and pneumatic components comply with the regulations
6. Electrical and protection system
*The power cord is connected, fixed, and free from damage, aging, and exposure;
* The motor works normally without other noise; the temperature rise is normal and the collector ring works normally;
*Whether the component tools are complete;
* Whether the shielding and protection facilities are complete, sensitive and reliable.
7. Lubrication and maintenance
*Whether the lubricating parts and equipment are in good condition;
*Whether the quantity and quality of oil in the cabinet meet the regulations;
* Whether the fuel injector and air-water filter in the air circuit, and the filter equipment in the oil circuit are complete and in good condition.
