Large oil droplets are easy to separate when passing through the oil-gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter below 1um) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filter layer of the oil-gas separation filter element. The diffusion of oil particles through the filter material is directly intercepted by the filter material and the mechanism of inertial collision and condensation makes the suspended oil particles in the compressed air quickly condense into large oil droplets. Under the action of gravity, the oil accumulates at the bottom of the oil separation core and passes through the bottom The inlet of the oil return pipe in the recess returns to the lubricating oil system of the mast diesel outdoor light tower, so that the compressor discharges more pure and oil-free compressed air.
The solid particles in the compressed air stay in the filter layer when they pass through the oil separator core, which causes the pressure difference (resistance) of the oil separator core to increase continuously. As the service time of the oil separator core increases, when the pressure difference of the oil separator core reaches 0.08 to 0.1Mpa, the filter element must be replaced, otherwise the operating cost (power consumption) of the compressor will be increased.
One high efficiency filter element
Hazards of overdue use of high-efficiency mobile lifting light tower filter elements:
(1) The filtration efficiency is poor, and the air quality of the compressor cannot meet the requirements of use, resulting in the failure of the pneumatic equipment to work normally or the product qualification rate is greatly reduced.
(2) After the blockage, the pressure resistance increases, which leads to an increase in the actual exhaust pressure of the unit, an increase in the energy consumption of the unit, and an increase in production costs.
Two oil filter elements
The function of the oil filter element: the function of the oil filter element is to filter out the metal particles and impurities in the special oil for the pneumatic lifting mast air compressor, so that the oil entering the main engine is very clean, so as to protect the safe operation of the main engine.

Oil filter replacement standard:
(1) Replace after the actual use time reaches the design life time. The designed service life of the oil filter element is usually 2000 hours. It must be replaced after the expiration date. If the environmental condition of the air compressor is poor, the use time should be shortened.
(2) Replace immediately after clogging alarm within the design service life, and the oil filter clogging alarm setting value is usually 1.0-1.4bar.
The hazards of oil filter overdue use:
(3) The exhaust gas temperature is too high due to insufficient oil return after clogging, which shortens the service life of oil and oil separator core;
(4) Insufficient oil return after blockage, insufficient lubrication of the main engine, resulting in a severe shortening of the life of the main engine; after the filter element is damaged, unfiltered oil containing a large amount of metal particles enters the main engine, causing damage to the main engine.
Three air filter elements
The role of the air filter element: The air filter element is an important protective barrier for the pneumatic mast air compressor!
(1) Filter out the dust and impurities in the air inhaled by the air compressor. The cleaner the inhaled air, the more guaranteed the service life of the oil filter element, oil-gas separation element and oil.
(2) Prevent other foreign matter from entering the host, because the components of the host are very precise, and the important fit clearance is 30-150µ, so the entry of foreign matter will inevitably cause damage to the host, causing the host to "lock" or even be scrapped.
Replacement standard of the air filter element: The replacement standard of the air filter element is determined according to the design service life of the air filter element and the ambient air quality of the air compressor. Therefore, there are two situations in which the air filter element needs to be replaced:
(1) Replace after the actual use time reaches the design life time. The designed service life of the air filter element is usually 2000 hours, and it should be replaced when it expires. If the actual air quality is better, it can be extended according to the actual condition of the filter element, but the extended use time should not exceed 1000 hours at most. If the environmental condition of the air compressor is poor, the use time should be shortened.
(2) Replace immediately after clogging alarm within the design service life, and the setting value of air filter clogging alarm is usually -0.05bar.
The harm of air filter overdue use:
(1) The exhaust volume of the unit is insufficient, which affects production;
(2) The pressure resistance of the filter element is too large, the load of the unit increases, and the service life of the main engine decreases;
(3) The actual compression ratio of the unit increases, the load of the main engine increases, and the life of the main engine decreases;
(4) The damage of the filter element causes foreign matter to enter the host, and the host is locked or even scrapped.

Replacement standard of oil and gas separation core:
(1) Replace after the actual use time reaches the design life time. The service life of the oil and gas separation core meter is usually 4000-8000 hours, and it must be replaced after the expiration.
(2) Replace immediately after clogging alarm within the design service life, and the setting value of clogging alarm of oil-gas separation core is usually 0.8-1.0bar.
Hazards of extended use of oil and gas separation core:
(1) The separation efficiency is poor, resulting in high oil consumption and oil content in the compressed air, which affects the operation of the back-end purification equipment and the gas equipment cannot work normally.
(2) After the blockage, the pressure resistance increases, resulting in an increase in the actual exhaust pressure of the unit and an increase in the energy consumption of the unit.
(3) After failure, the glass fiber filter separation material falls off and enters the oil, resulting in shortened life of the oil filter element and abnormal wear of the main engine.
